The Physics of Semiconductor Devices and Renewable Energies Journal (PSDREJ) focuses on Physics and renewable fields. PSDREJ covers various topics including physics, semiconductor properties, photonic materials, P-N junctions, metal-semiconductor contacts, optoelectronic devices, and different renewable energy. Our primary focus going to be the publication of original and high-quality research. The physics of semiconductor devices laboratory, exact sciences faculty, University of Bechar in Algeria launched the PSDREJ in May 2023. Professor Mebarka DAOUDI is the editor-in-chief.
